• AIREST, of Estonia (ICAO: AIT, IATA: B7)  (passenger, courier freight, cargo and ACMI operations with Antonov 26B & L410 UVP-E )
• Ukraina Air Alliance, of Ukraine (ICAO: UAA)  (Cargo ACMI operations with Ilyushin 76TD super freighter, local flights with An-26.)

Nordic European Aviation - NEA was the representative in Finland of Falcon Air AB of the Swedish Post Office (IATA: IH) until the airline was sold and laid down in 2006, for passenger charters with B737-300 to Mediterranean, and ad-hoc charter flights.
